Outpatient Counseling
One Hope United’s outpatient therapy services assist youth and families in times of need, both in-home and through the more traditional outpatient approach. We work with those who are experiencing:
- Trauma
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
- Behavioral problems
- Parenting and family conflict
Our therapists partner with families connected to DCFS to enhance coping, parenting, and communication skills through a strengths-based approach. We empower families to tackle challenges by leveraging their innate strengths and community resources.
Our services address systemic issues within child and family cases, fostering collaboration with various providers. These services are accessible through state contracts or Illinois Medicaid.

What our therapist says
“Showing up is the biggest thing. Physically being present and making sure the kiddo’s thoughts and feelings are being heard is so important. We show them that we are there to help them every step of the way.”
