Case Management: We provide families with case managers who check in weekly to ensure they are receiving the services they need.
In-Home Counseling: This program provides weekly counseling for adults, children, couples, and families. Intact also refers families to out-of-home counseling within the community.
Note: This service is only provided at Olney and Mt. Vernon locations.
Community Linkage Services: We refer families to outside community-based services, such as medical services, counseling, drug/alcohol treatment support groups, food pantries, housing, employment training, and continuing education programs.
Who is Eligible?
- Families who have been referred to One Hope United from a DCFS intact administrator.
- Indicated and unfounded cases are eligible for service.
- Reside in our coverage area.
Illinois coverage area includes the following counties: Bond, Champaign, Clinton, Clay, Clark, Coles, Cook, Crawford, Cumberland, Douglas, DuPage, Edgar, Edwards, Effingham, Fayette, Ford, Grundy, Hamilton, Iroquois, Jasper, Jefferson, Kane, Kendall, Lake, Lawrence, Macon, Madison, Marion, McHenry, Monroe, Moultrie, Randolph, Richland, Sangamon, Shelby, St. Clair, Vermilion, Wabash, Washington, Wayne, and Will.
