Intact Supervisor I
As an Intact Supervisor I, you will supervise staff in the Intact Program operating out of the Charleston OHU office. Responsibilities include: weekly supervision with case managers; reviewing and approving client assessments and Solution-Based plans; managing SACWIS data system for Intact programs; weekly/monthly communication with DCFS and other stakeholders; monitoring performance-based program and goals. The ideal candidate would have: Demonstrated successful supervision experience in child welfare or related area; Knowledge of Illinois court system; Experience with trauma-informed practice; Experience and understanding of working with abused and neglected children; Excellent written communication, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
Youth Care Worker I- 2nd shift (Centralia)
The Youth Care Worker will provide constant supervision of youth while maintaining structure and a clean & healthy atmosphere of the assigned residential home. The Youth Care Worker also works with the clinical team to provide trauma informed treatment of youth in care. We are looking for individuals to work second shift and weekends. Some flexibility with scheduling is available.

Child Development Center Director
Under the Director of Programs, the Child Development Center Director manages the daily operations with full accountability for a full-day, full-year, multi-age child development program within the mission, vision, philosophy, and economic parameters of One Hope United, the regulations of licensing agencies, and the guidelines of accrediting organizations; directs the development of systems to ensure that the center interfaces with OHU requirements and functions efficiently within an organized and creative environment of continuous quality improvement; articulates a vision, clarifies and affirms values, and creates a culture built on norms of continuous improvement and ethical conduct.
