Dependency Case Manager

As a Dependency Case Manager, you play a crucial role in the well-being of families. You will conduct visits with children, parents and/or caregivers that include the on-going assessment of child safety, permanency and well-being. This entails meeting with families in their homes at various hours of the day including evenings, nights and weekends, in potentially high risk neighborhoods. You will develop and implement a plan that meets the needs of the children and the family. As an Early Childhood Education Teacher, you will create a stimulating learning environment by providing an educational setting that encourages excitement for learning. You will also develop learning centers that focus on development and school readiness. You will partner with co-teachers on best practices and creating a warm and welcoming environment.
