Intact Supervisor I
As an Intact Supervisor I, you will supervise staff in the Intact Program operating out of the Charleston OHU office. Responsibilities include: weekly supervision with case managers; reviewing and approving client assessments and Solution-Based plans; managing SACWIS data system for Intact programs; weekly/monthly communication with DCFS and other stakeholders; monitoring performance-based program and goals. The ideal candidate would have: Demonstrated successful supervision experience in child welfare or related area; Knowledge of Illinois court system; Experience with trauma-informed practice; Experience and understanding of working with abused and neglected children; Excellent written communication, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

Youth Care Worker I- 2nd shift (Centralia)
The Youth Care Worker will provide constant supervision of youth while maintaining structure and a clean & healthy atmosphere of the assigned residential home. The Youth Care Worker also works with the clinical team to provide trauma informed treatment of youth in care. We are looking for individuals to work second shift and weekends. Some flexibility with scheduling is available.
