One Hope United is proud to announce the promotion of Sarah Tunning, LMHC, to the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this new position, Sarah will oversee programs, human resources, and operations, ensuring that OHU continues to deliver on its mission with excellence, compassion, and impact.
Sarah brings more than 25 years of experience in child welfare, mental health, and organizational leadership. Since joining OHU, she has served in several key leadership positions, including Chief Program Officer, Executive Director of Florida, and Senior Vice President of Continuous Quality Improvement. Her career began in foster care and investigations with the Florida Department of Children and Families, followed by a decade leading mental health programs. Sarah’s depth of expertise in both mental health and child welfare has shaped her unique approach to quality, culture, and operational excellence.
Sarah’s decades of experience in child welfare and mental health make her the ideal leader to oversee our programs, HR, and quality functions. Her dedication, vision, and commitment to families and children have been evident in every role she has held at OHU. I am confident that under her leadership, we will continue to strengthen our impact and grow our mission for years to come.
