- Safety Planning: Staff work with guests to complete a safety screening, explore coping strategies, and develop a wellness or safety plan.
- Private Spaces: Guests have access to private spaces for confidential conversations and support.
- Sensory Room: A calming sensory room provides space for mindfulness, grounding, and reflection.
- Communal Kitchen: Guests can share meals and connect with others in a welcoming communal space.
- Technology Access: Technology is available to assist with practical needs, including housing, employment, and benefits applications.
- Short-Term Rest and Stabilization: Private sleeping areas are available for rest, when available.
- Community Connections: Staff help guests connect with behavioral health services, community resources, and other ongoing supports.
Who is eligible?
- Individuals aged 18 or older experiencing an emotional or behavioral health crisis who could benefit from short-term support and stabilization.
- Individuals may access the program through self-referral or referrals from community partners, including first responders, emergency departments, law enforcement, and crisis response teams.
