Centralia Group Home & Residential
Group Home
The Centralia Group Home serves young women ages 15.5 – 17.5. Our care is focused on mental health treatment and the stabilization of these young women, emphasizing preparation for adult living.
Our programming centers around self-care and home maintenance, employment readiness, and advanced education.
Who is Eligible?
Young women ages 15.5 – 17.5 who have been referred by DCFS.
Residential
The Centralia Residential program serves young women ages 15-17.5 who have moderate to severe emotional and behavioral disorders. The emphasis of treatment is always to assist these young women in transitioning into a lower level of care such as returning to their biological home, a relative’s home, a foster home, group home, or a transitional living program.
We aid youth in developing social skills, building trust, and forming relationships to both support them in returning to a family setting and preparing them for adulthood. Our team helps them achieve self-sufficiency, educational goals, and financial stability.
Who is Eligible?
