Extensive Community Home Outreach (ECHO)
ECHO is a family-based, in-home service working with Intact families. This program utilizes a family systems approach, using existing strengths to promote healthy family functioning. The goal is to empower families to effectively demonstrate positive family functioning through enhancing communication and conflict resolution skills.

- Individual and family counseling
- Effective parenting techniques
- Community service linkages
Who is Eligible?
Title XX Intact families with youth ages 0 – 18 years old who:
- Are at risk of being removed from their homes due to abuse or neglect
- Reside in Cook County
Cost
There is no cost to families that fall within Title XX guidelines.
Referrals
One Hope United accepts referrals from parents, school social workers, and community providers.
