We are excited to welcome Bishal Maskey, MBA to One Hope United as our new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). With more than two decades of experience in nonprofit financial leadership, Bishal brings a unique blend of fiscal expertise and passion for mission-driven work that transforms lives both locally and globally.
Bishal joins OHU from Keshet Disabilities and Inclusion, where he served as Chief Financial Officer and championed programs supporting people with disabilities, including therapeutic schools, residential services, summer camps, and community recreation. In addition to overseeing operations and budgets, he managed a commercial real estate LLC, ensuring that resources were strategically invested to sustain the organization’s mission long-term.
Previously, Bishal served as CFO at Envision Unlimited, where he helped expand day, residential, mental health, and foster care programs by 50% in just two years, creating significant new opportunities for individuals and families across the community. Earlier in his career, he spent 20 years at the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA), where he rose through leadership roles to ultimately serve as Executive for Strategic Financial Operations. In that position, he guided the fiscal management team through a major organizational restructuring, ensuring strong financial stewardship during a period of transformation.
