At One Hope United, strong leadership and visionary governance are essential to transforming children and family services that nurture healthy children and families. We are excited to welcome five new members to our Board of Directors:

These new voices bring fresh perspectives and valuable expertise from across industries, strengthening OHU’s ability to grow and serve families in innovative and sustainable ways. Their collective insight will help guide OHU as we expand our programs and continue building solutions that meet the evolving needs of children and families.

We are equally proud to share that Chris Hoffman will continue his service as Board Chair. Under Chris’s leadership, OHU has navigated a period of growth and transformation, and his steady guidance will remain an important force as we move forward.

Looking ahead, the Board will play a vital role in shaping our ambitious plans for the future. A key priority is the expansion of the Hope House model—family-like homes for youth ages 13–17 in the child welfare system. A program that has become a powerful example of how stability and connection can transform young people’s lives. By building on this proven approach and bringing it to more communities, we can create safe, stable environments where even more youth can thrive.

In addition, the Board’s leadership will be essential in broadening OHU’s impact through expanded partnerships and philanthropic support, ensuring we have the resources to create bold, creative solutions for those we serve.
