Tavius Jackson is a seasoned human resources executive and transformation leader with a distinguished career spanning multiple industries. He brings deep expertise in architecting governance frameworks, driving enterprise-wide change, and elevating the employee experience in complex, mission-driven organizations. Known for pairing strategic vision with disciplined execution, Tavius has led impactful HR initiatives across HR operations, talent transformation, and organizational effectiveness.
Throughout his career, Tavius has held senior leadership roles at Kemper Insurance, PeopleScout, Zurich Insurance, and Motorola, where he was responsible for advancing HR strategy and strengthening workforce capabilities at scale. His experience spans HRIS modernization, people analytics, talent management, compensation and benefits, and end-to-end HR service delivery, with a consistent focus on operational excellence and sustainable results.
Tavius is recognized for his ability to build high-performing teams and systems that enable employees to do their best work. His leadership approach is grounded in integrity, clarity, accountability, and inclusion, and he is deeply committed to fostering workplaces where people feel supported, engaged, and empowered.
In his role at One Hope United, Tavius partners across the organization to strengthen HR strategy, enhance employee engagement, and champion a mission-driven culture. He is passionate about building frameworks that elevate performance, empower people, and ensure teams thrive in service of children, families, and communities.
Tavius holds an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management, Devry University, a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from Michigan State University, a master’s certificate in IT project management from The George Washington University, and a Digital Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate from Motorola University.
